Abstract
Osteuropa documents a speech by the Russian president on September 21, 2022. It is at the same time a forced affidavit of disclosure after the failure of the “special operation” in Ukraine, constructs new rooms in the Kremlin’s edifice of lies, and reassembles old threat scenarios.
