Abstract
In Krasnoiarsk, the sanctions imposed by the West will take full effect only in the summer. Jobs will fall off, real incomes will decline, and the supply of goods will succumb to a sharp drop that cannot be absorbed by the domestic economy. China is already benefiting from the sanctions. The massive emigration of employees from the IT sector represents a large problem.
